Dustyn has a HUGE imagination. When he was little I would always pretend play with him. Whether he made me something to eat in his play kitchen or wanted me to play dinosaurs in the Jurassic time period. I am excited to find new ways to encourage imaginative play with Prestyn.
Dustyn is a pretty picky eater so I always worry if he is getting enough calcium and vitamins. He isn’t a huge milk drinker, but he loves drinking it with Nesquik. I feel good giving him Nesquik because that means he gets plenty of calcium from the milk itself, plus iron, vitamin C, vitamin B, copper, and manganese.
Ways To Encourage Imaginative Play
Let them play with their food.
Imagine with them, it gives them a good start.
Limit screen time. Have your child make a book instead.
Rename dinosaurs, or whatever you kids are interested in.
Go on a nature walk. Collect items in the bag and have your child tell you a story about them.
Provide your child with arts and crafts. Blocks, sand, paint, playdoh, etc have endless possibilities.
How do you encourage imaginative play? Check out Nesquik on Pinterest and Facebook for more fun ideas and recipes.
