Last year I bought the Trim Healthy Mama plan book and cookbook.
This picture was taken about a month and a half in. Here is a before photo from December of 2016 next to these photos. I can definitely see a different in my face, legs and stomach.
The Trim Healthy Mama sisters record a weekly podcast that has helped me sooo much. They share a lot of great tips and it is so fun listening to them.
Also their new cuffin mixes are the bomb. Kenny loves the chocolate cuffin mix.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you want to join. I really feel like this is a permanent way of life. I don’t ever want to go back to my old ways because I was feeling depressed and sick all the time. Plus I am hoping to set a good example for my boys. This time Kenny is on board so I think that is also going to make a big difference. Now that I am 3 months in and sticking with it I hope to do an update each month to let you know how it is going.
