This past Friday was Incredible Kid Day, we celebrated by making a favorite recipe around here, sweet and tangy meatballs. They are super easy to make with your kids and make a great learning experience with measuring the correct amounts, plus they are delicious.
Before we get to the recipe I wanted to share a few incredible things about each of the boys. I am so blessed to be their mama, and I can’t wait to add a little girl into the mix and complete our family.
Dustyn is an absolutely amazing big brother. He is super helpful with Prestyn when I need to get something done, and he is always worried about Carsyn and how he is doing. He consistently makes A/B honor roll in school and his teachers always tell me what a great student and helper he is. Dustyn has a huge imagination and loves to draw. His hobbies are soccer, coin collecting and riding his bike.
Carsyn is such a happy go lucky guy. He is smiling most of the time unless he is sick then he is pretty miserable. He loves going to school and after school camp. Right now he is really into coloring, and watching his favorite shows, Bubble Guppies, Sid the Science Kid and Chugginton. Once it warms up I am sure we will be out riding him around on his 6 wheeler.
Prestyn is just the sweetest, he loves everyone. Right now he is learning his ABCs, he can count to 15, he loves singing and dancing. He is super excited about his baby sister and I think he will be so good with her. One of his favorite activities is riding his Grave Digger power wheels. He did recently enter the “every answer is no” stage. Hopefully it won’t last long.
Without further ado, here is the super simple recipe. Enjoy!
