Recipe 22/52 for my 30 before 30 list. I am making and blogging about one new recipe a week. This week is a new favorite, Spinach Artichoke Dip. This is the perfect warm dip for these cool evenings. I love eating these with Stacy’s Pita Chips. Yumm!
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for one minute.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients, including half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Put the other half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted and brown.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
