As many of you know Prestyn has been in the NICU since last week. It has been a very stressful and busy time in our lives. The hospital he is in is about an hour away and we still have to get the boys to and from school. Kenny has been driving me up during the week and dropping me off then going and getting the boys from school, doing their homework, feeding them dinner, then coming back up to pick me up.
I have tried to make a few meals for him that were easy to prepare and delicious. One of those is this Shrimp Alfredo, it uses Ragu’s Alfredo sauce so it is super simple to make. It is also one of my favorite comfort foods. I just love the creaminess of the sauce and pasta is always a favorite.
I love making this for dinner. It is super simple to and taste delicious. If you want you could always add in steamed broccoli at the end.
I love using Ragu for this dish because it makes it such a quick and easy meal. Ragu has no artificial flavors, colors or high fructose corn syrup. I feel confident feeding this sauce to my family.
Check out Ragu’s Website for more easy and delicious recipes. I just learned about Ragu’s founder, Assunta Cantisano, she was an immigrant and a single mom. She demanded high sauce standards that have been passed down.
