One of my health goals this year is to drink less soda. I haven’t bought soda at the grocery store this year, instead I am replacing soda with caffeine-free herbal teas from Celestial Seasonings. They are cheaper and much healthier for you. Celestial Seasonings offers a ton of different flavors so you will never be bored.
A couple weeks ago I got this new amazing coffee cart/island and I now have my own tea drawer. I love it because it makes it super easy to see what flavors I have to choose from. Peppermint is next on my list to try today.
I went ahead and grabbed some sleepytime extra and sleepytime sinus soother. Even though I am soooo exhausted I still need help falling asleep. Last week we all had colds and the sinus soother helped to sooth my throat. The Honey Vanilla Chamomile was really nice too.
I like adding fresh local honey to sweeten my hot tea.

I picked up all of these amazing flavors of Celestial Seasonings at my local Walmart. Something I noticed was their teas are less expensive than other competitors.
