Only 4 months until my baby boy turns a year old. I guess it is time to start planning his 1st birthday party. I am trying to decide if I want to do like a whale themed party, or go in a different direction. What do you all think?

He is army crawling everywhere and getting into everything he isn’t supposed to be. He is getting up on his hands and knees some, but hasn’t quite figured that out yet. He is pulling up on everything and starting to walk with his push behind walker but he needs a lot of help. He is saying Da Da all the time. Still no Ma Ma. He isn’t saying Bubba as much as he was saying before. He is back to sleeping through the night again. It was rough while he was sick and while we were out of town, but now that he is feeling better and we are back on a schedule he is sleeping better. Most nights he is sleeping 7-7, sometimes with 1 wake up but I will take that.

Here he is in his newborn outfit, and then at 4 months and 8 months. Definitely was not going on his legs this time.
He is still really chubby, but I feel like he is looking more like a little toddler now instead of a baby. He is wearing mostly 18-month clothes, so I guess that could be the reason. Hope you all have a great 4th of July!
