Do you have problems getting your kids to try new foods and flavors? I know I do, especially with my oldest. He became picky around two years old and he is almost ten years old now, and he is still picky. I keep telling myself one day he will become less picky. Which I do have to say just in the past month he has tried a lot of new foods, and I couldn’t be more excited.
Juicy Juice launched a Flavorful Fun campaign to help families discover a world of flavor with their 100% juice line, inspiring kids to expand their taste palates with original recipes from Food Network Star Jeff Mauro! How cool is that?
Smoothies are a great way to get fruits and veggies into your picky eaters. Most kids like smoothies. I recently made this peanut butter and jelly smoothie and stuck a little leafy greens in it and he didn’t even notice.

This peanut butter and jelly smoothie tasted just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I love that I can sneak in a little bit of greens without them even noticing.
Hopefully over the next year I will try even more recipes and expand my kids taste palates. The kiwi strawberry lemon shake up is next on my list to try.
