This year I am not necessarily trying to lose weight but I do want to start making better choices. Being a mom of three boys requires a lot of my time and I don’t always have time to cook so I usually just grab something quickly. I love these no bake peanut butter protein bites because I can make a big batch of them to grab for an easy snack later.

These are very filling and a perfect snack when you are craving something sweet.
I found the Jif peanut powder on the top shelf by the regular peanut butter in Walmart. I can’t wait to try the chocolate peanut powder in my recipe.
I love using the Jif powder because it has just as much protein as regular peanut butter but 85% less fat. It is the perfect way to add peanut taste without the added fat and sugar in traditional peanut butter. Jif peanut powder is only made from one ingredient, roasted peanuts, no added sugar or salt like other peanut powders.
