The road to a healthy life is paved by set backs. I just could not get back on plan this week! I don’t know why, but we ate out almost every day last week. I am just thankful I only gained a pound… I was getting so close to my next goal and bombed it. I just need to get back up and continue on my journey to a healthy life. Next week I am going to share my favorite Medifast meals with you all. Thanks for joining me on this ride and encouraging me along the way!
