The road to a healthy life is paved with motivation. I was starting to get discouraged. I couldn’t stay on the plan, and felt like I was always giving into cravings. Then my good friend Holly from Our Holly Days started Medifast too and it lit a fire under me. I wanted us to be able to support each other. Monday and Tuesday I laid out my food for the day and I stuck to the plan 100%! I was so proud of myself. I think I am finally on my way to making this a habit.
Here are the foods I ate on Monday. I really think laying them out for the day really helps me. I lost 2 more pounds this week with an official weight loss of 25lbs!! I am so close to reaching my goal of 30lbs so I can get a massage! Woohoo! I still haven’t gotten my mani/pedi, so maybe I should just have a spa day! 50lbs to go!
I have been posting more about what I am eating and doing to lose weight over on instagram if you want to follow me there.
