The road to a healthy life is paved with a fresh start. I official started back on Medifast last Wednesday, but did poorly over the weekend. Kenny and I had a date night so we went to the Yukai Buffet. Which is a Sushi Buffet. Despite the name, it was actually pretty good. Obviously I gained some weight. Then on Monday and Tuesday I did really good and lost the weight I gained. So, I maintained again this week. I really need to push myself to stick with the plan and stop making excuses. I took some more “before” photos to hopefully motivate me. Well actually Dustyn took them for me. I think he did a pretty awesome job for a 6 year old.
I have been posting more about what I am eating and doing to lose weight over on instagram if you want to follow me there.
