Week four is in the books. Did not goes as well as I planned. We did quite a bit of eating out this past weekend and that kind of sabotaged me. I did start back to the gym this week. Which is good, but I usually hold steady or gain a little when I start working out. This week I didn’t gain which is good, but I plan to push through and stay on plan this week and hope for a loss next week.

Success: Making it to the gym.
Set-Back: Going out to eat.
Exercise: Started back with body pump. Talk about sore!
