Week one was pretty tough. I had a few days where I didn’t stay completely on track with my eating, but overall I think I did great. I am really feeling good, unlike when I was eating out all the time. I was feeling like crap most of the time. I was VERY hungry the first few days, but that has slowed down a lot.

Success: Overall feeling better.
Set-Back: Went to the movies with Dustyn. Ate too much popcorn.
Exercise: Starting with just some walking.
