Today we celebrate the life of my granddaddy, James. I am so glad we were able to get by there on Sunday and visit with him before he passed away. I miss him terribly, but I know he is in heaven and I will see him again one day. Here is his obituary. My granddaddy was an amazing man that everyone loved.
I remember growing up going to mud races with him, since both my dad and uncle used to race, he always would write down the times that each truck would get. Above he is standing next to my cousins mud truck a few years ago. You can see his pen and paper in his pocket. He was an inspiration to our whole family. He used to say life is uncertain you should eat dessert first. I will miss you granddaddy. Thanks for being a big part of my life growing up. You will always hold a special place in my heart.
