Here in the south we love our sweet tea. It is a staple in most households. I remember keeping 2 or 3 pitchers of sweet tea in the fridge. Now I try to drink more water, so I don’t make it quite as often. Anyhow… I am also a huge fan of margaritas. Especially making my own at home with Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix. I feel like the Iced Teagarita is the best of both worlds. It is well balanced between the two flavors. I also love that it is already mixed and all you have to do is pour it over ice.
They sent this adorable “picnic basket” filled with goodies so that I could try the Teagarita. I have to say I was giddy when this arrived in the mail. Jose Cuervo launched Iced Teagarita back in May, and I have been wanting to try it since. I think you will be seeing it grow very popular over the summer months. This past Saturday we went camping in the backyard, so Kenny and I enjoyed having this refreshing drink. This was a 750ml bottle which retails for $12.99. You can buy a bigger bottle, 1.75L for $19.99.
Iced Teagarita consists of their classic lime margarita, blended with Jose Cuervo Tequila and premium orange liqueur, then combined with refreshing iced tea. I honestly loved the combination and not just because I was sent it to try out. Kenny even liked it and I have a hard time finding any alcoholic beverage that he likes.
