Are you tired of grilling the same thing over and over again this Summer? Hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken, oh my! Have you tried grilling pizza yet? If not, you really should. Grilling pizza is a great way to change up your mundane grilling routine and impress your friends. Grab a few pizzas, a few friends, a few beverages of your choice and enjoy the outdoors. I love that we can use the grill in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Sometimes we can use it at the beginning or end of Winter. Though it looks like this year we are in for a cold Winter. Therefore, we are trying to get in as much grilling as possible the next couple months.
Here is the very easy process of grilling pizza. Preheat your gas grill to 400° with the lid closed. Remove pizza from packaging. Place pizza directly on grill grates. Grill for about 7 minutes, then rotate the pizza 1/2 a turn. Grill for about 5-7 more minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly bubbling in the center. Remove from grill and serve.
I shared a short little video on my instagram showing you how easy it is to cook.
You can find Jack’s Pizza in the frozen section at your local Walmart for less then $3.00. Cheap, easy and yummy.
