My days have been filled with photo editing, spending time with the boys while they are on Christmas Vacation, blogging, and more. I needed an easy lunch solution for our busy, busy days.
I love how simple the Campbell’s Slow Kettle soups are to make. I heated the Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Bisque over medium heat in a sauce pan for a little less then 10 minutes.
I paired my Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Bisque with Yeast Rolls. Very easy and delicious. Most days I will skip lunch since I don’t get time to really sit down and eat. This meal is super easy and I can eat it right at my desk while I continue to work.
A couple of weeks ago I picked up some of the Campbell’s Slow Kettle Soups from our Walmart in preparation for the boys being home from school.

Recently they added microwave directions. Microwave: Microwave ovens vary. Time is approximate. Uneven microwave heating may cause popping, movement of the container and/or splattering. Discard plastic cap; carefully remove and discard metal lid. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave, grasping the container on both sides with potholders. Stir before serving. Note: After tasting, if you like warmer soup, heat an additional 15 seconds
