This diaper blowout car kit post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Huggies, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HuggiesatKroger http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
The dreaded diaper blowout… I am a third-time mom and it still happened to me. The other day I took Prestyn out to pick up the older two boys from school. Normally he falls asleep on the way to school and just sleeps while we wait for the boys to get out of school, so I didn’t bother bringing the diaper bag. Let me set the scene, Prestyn is in his car seat sleeping away and I am browsing Instagram, then I hear it… The biggest and juiciest sound I have ever heard came from the back seat. Crap, literally. I didn’t have anything; diapers, wipes, extra clothes. Nothing. I will spare you the photo, because you know I took one, and share a photo I took yesterday of the culprit instead. Cute, right?
Here is his mom, please forgive me, I couldn’t help it face. Thankfully the “accident” was just a couple minutes before the boys got out of school and he didn’t even wake up. I had a big mess to clean up when we got home. Prestyn and his clothes went straight into the bath and I had a good old time cleaning his car seat.
I have three boys and they were all chubby babies. I tried all kinds of diapers and found that Huggies always worked best for us. They have been a trusted brand in our household for 8+ years. Carsyn has special needs and isn’t potty trained. He is in Huggies size 6, I am not looking forward to the day he outgrows them. When I was grabbing groceries at Kroger the other day I realized we needed more diapers so I grabbed them while I was there. My new favorite Huggies are the Snug & Dry Ultra. Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers absorb quickly to help stop leaks and offer up to 12 hours of long-lasting leakage protection to help keep baby dry throughout all his daily adventures.
Here is what I put in our diaper blowout car kit.
Burp Cloth & Bib // Extra Clothes // Wipes // Diapers
It fits perfectly in the center console of my van. Now I just have to remember to refill it after I use it, because you know I will. Ask Kenny, I am always forgetting the essentials at home. New moms, seasoned moms, take my advice pack a diaper blowout car kit and keep it stocked. You will need it.
