We are big fans of Dr Seuss around here, and one of our favorite books written by him is Cat in the Hat. His birthday is March 2nd so I decided to let Prestyn have a little sensory fun with this Cat in the Hat toddler craft.
Cat In The Hat Toddler Craft
Supplies:
- Cat in the Hat outline
- Red Finger Paint
- Paper
I feel like in this photo he is saying, “Mom are you really letting me do this?”.
We also read Cat in the Hat the last few days so he was used to seeing him.
He had so much fun and I can’t wait to do more fun activities like this.
I think it turned out super cute and he did a pretty good job with no prompting.
Prestyn has really been enjoying watching Cat in the Hat Knows a lot about that on Netflix.
Dustyn has been wanting to watch A Series of Unfortunate Events, but he has been super busy. I may have started watching without him! I just couldn’t wait anymore, plus I needed to make sure it was okay for him to watch. Right?
Are there any shows your kids wanted to watch and you cheated and watched early?
Family TV night may happen only once a week, so good luck waiting for the next episode in this truly cheat-worthy lineup.
