Recipe 16/52 for my 30 before 30 list. I am making and blogging about one new recipe a week. Do you and your kids like Super Heroes? What about Captain America? Did you know Captain America 2: The Winter Solider DVD was released on September 9? Since Super Heroes eat M&M’s®, we celebrated the release of the new DVD by making a Captain America M&M’s Brownie Trifle. I made the M&M’s Brownie Trifle in mini trifle dishes so that everyone could have their own. This made it much easier to serve.

Along with the release of Captain America 2: The Winter Solider Walmart released the site Heroes Eat M&M’s. You can go there and take a quiz to find out which Super Hero you are, or which M&M’s Character you are.
For my Captain America M&M’s Brownie Trifle I shopped at our local Walmart. You can save $5.00 off any two (2) M&M’s® Brand Chocolate Candies (15.4oz. or larger) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier DVD at Walmart.
Of course I bought a huge bag of the Peanut Butter M&M’s because they are our favorites around here. I have to limit myself to 10 a day or else I would eat the whole bag in one sitting. Yumm!
What kind of M&M’s do you like best? Who is your favorite Super Hero?
