Bento Box Snack Ideas

I love packing bento boxes for on the go snacks and lunches. Previously I was using way too many separate containers, bags, etc. Honestly it was a pain in the butt. I got a couple bento boxes for our kids and they have made my life is so much easier, plus the kids love them. Today I wanted to share a few of my favorite go-to bento box snack ideas that I pack all the time.

Bento Box Snack Ideas

Grains

Goldfish Nacho Epic Crunch is our main snack we always use for grains. They have 18g of Whole Grain per serving! Our kids eat them every day.

Protein

Ham, turkey, pepperoni, diced chicken. 

Fruits

Grapes, sliced apple, oranges, watermelon, blueberries. 

Vegetables

Carrots, cucumbers, snap peas, peppers, tomatoes. 

Dairy

Spreadable cheese triangles, cheddar cheese chunks, string cheese.

Dips

Ranch, greek yogurt, other dressings.

We recently tried the new Goldfish Epic Crunch crackers in the Nacho flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by how much bigger they were then the regular Goldfish. They had a bold flavor and a bold crunch. My preteen loved the zesty flavor, even my husband was eating them.
