This month is better breakfast month which is perfect for back to school. Since most kids are rushing out the door in the morning for school it is a good time to reevaluate breakfast and how to make it healthy and simple. I made this really delicious banana berry smoothie using Juicy Juice fruit punch, yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and flax seed.
I have been having a hard time eating breakfast because of my nausea, but if I don’t eat I feel even worse. This smoothie really helped to fill me up and I finished it feeling great. Prestyn really enjoyed the smoothie. It had all his favorite fruits.

Try this delicious and simple banana blueberry smoothie. Perfect for busy school mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla triple zero greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Juicy Juice Fruit Punch
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup ice
